How we handle your details and photos

Who we are

What we collect
- Your brand name, your name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you give it.
- Your website or Instagram handle, if you give it.
- For founding sign-ups: whether you run paid ads, your agreement to the case-study terms, and any product photos you upload.
- When you agreed to be contacted, and whether you're on our newsletter.
- The page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
- A hashed version of your IP address, used only to stop spam.
Why we collect it
- To set up your founding spot or queue place and contact you about it, by email, phone or WhatsApp. You agree to this when you tick the contact box.
- To set up and bill your subscription, which we arrange with you directly.
- To make your ads, and, if you agreed, to show them with your brand name as a case study.
- To send our newsletter and updates. Founding members are added automatically, as the sign-up form explains. Queue members only get it if they tick the box. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time.
- To see which of our ads bring people here, so we spend wisely.
Your photos and AI tools
We use AI tools to help make creatives. One of them has terms that allow it to train its models on uploaded images. That's why we ask you to send only photos of products that are already public, for example on your website or social media. Please don't send photos of unreleased products, people or anything confidential.
Who else handles your data
- Cloudflare stores your details and photos, and runs this site, its spam check (Turnstile) and its cookie-free analytics.
- Our email provider sends our emails, and our email host keeps the replies.
- Our bank processes your payments.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this page.
- We may get sign-up alerts through Telegram.
- Meta, only if you accept the small banner (see Analytics).
Some of these services keep data on servers outside Singapore. We only use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. Photos are kept in private storage that only our team can open.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your photos within 90 days of signing up and keep your contact details only as long as we need them to follow up, or until you ask us to delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to serve you while you're with us, and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. If you accept the small banner, we also load a Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It sets a cookie and shares visit data with Meta. If you decline, it's never loaded.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll do it within 30 days. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time the same way.
