Good questions
What do I need to send?
Product photos you already have, ideally on a plain background. Phone photos are fine. A link to your website or Instagram helps us match your brand. You can add photos to the form, or send them after your kickoff call.
Do you use my photos to train AI?
We don't, but one of our AI tools has terms that let it train on uploads. So please send only photos of products that are already public, like ones on your website or social media.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, including during your free month. If you cancel before we've delivered that month's ads, those ads aren't delivered. Ads already delivered are yours to keep.
Who owns the ads?
You do. Every ad we deliver, including those in your free month, is yours to use anywhere.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every creative comes with one revision, as long as you ask within 7 days of delivery.
What's the catch with the free month?
There isn't one, but there are conditions: a subscription with a 1-month free trial, a 20-minute kickoff call, a testimonial, and permission to show the work as a case study. Founding members also get our newsletter and updates, and can unsubscribe any time.
What does prepaying get me?
Once founding closes, queue members who prepay 3 months get SGD 90 off, and 6 months get SGD 299 off, on any video plan. The price is locked for the prepaid term. Cancel any time: unused full months are refunded, and months already delivered are charged at the normal monthly price.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid on this page. We set up your subscription with you on a call or in person, starting with a 1-month free trial, then bill monthly in SGD. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing month.
